Think About These Things

"Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is gracious, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." -Philippians 4:8

About us

David grew up in a YWAM missionary family based in Thailand. As an adult he became a professional actor, predominantly in musical theater, always seeking to use his talents to spread the Gospel. He had been known for his dynamic speaking and became an ordained Evangelical minister. In 2017, David entered the Catholic Church and for the last couple of years, he served as a parish youth and young adult minister.

Victoria was raised Catholic but had a dramatic deepening of her faith in high school and spent most of her 20’s discerning a vocation to religious life in a Dominican convent and also a cloistered monastery.  She later studied theology at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington DC and became a lay Dominican. She has been working in the field of catechesis at the national and local levels for the past 6 years.

We were married in January 2018 and joyfully welcomed our first child, John, in November that same year.

We’ve spent our lives seeking to know, love, and serve Jesus with our whole being and want to spend the rest of our lives doing the same as a family. We often dialogue about our experiences as laborers in the vineyard, our love for Christ, and desire to see his Church renewed and united. We created this website as a place to share some of our reflections on various topics related to our faith, family life, Scripture and theology, catechesis, and current events.
